Description
While walking around the observation deck on the Capitol in Madison, Wisconsin, I noticed that the dome of the Capitol was reflected in the spotlights (which are used to illuminate the dome at night). The filaments for the bulbs can be clearly seen in each light. There are skylights (seen in the the front left light, and solar panels, seen in the from right light.
